THE FIRST 100 KM

Ease in for 30 kilometres
The foam settles to your stride over the first few runs. Keep them short and easy until then.

Lace for the heel, not the toes
Use the last eyelet for a heel lock. Snug at the back, loose at the front.

Air-dry, never the radiator
Take the insoles out after a wet run and stuff the shoes with newspaper overnight.
